AI:EMACS1;TAGS >, which is the *NOT* a tags file but
is instead the source to the tags library, was GFR'd
to backup;mctape gfr15. The file creation date was 12/11/79.
I hope that's thereal file date, not the dump date.
Anyway, I copied the tags source from ML, but in doing so
I spazzed and lost the version number. I am setting the dont-reap bit
on the tags files on AI and ML.
