The emacs that <emacs>babyl.exe.774 was dumped out was lost when
the emacs directory was trashed.
I don't know how to dump a babyl.exe, and I don't see any files
for doing it either. Could someone tell me how? It would be nice
to have a batch job to dump it, like INFO and TEACH-EMACS.
