dumped emacs startup hook

I have two teco lines that I need to have executed at run time for a
dumped emacs.  When I try to put them into the DUMPED EMACS STARTUP HOOK
I run into trouble because of the " in the lines.  I have put them instead
into a library file (DJBMAC) and use the hook to load this library.  Is
there any way to pu these lines directly into the hook in the EMACS.VARS
file?

Both files are in my <DJB>directory.
