I discovered the hard way that the new TEXTI% version of EMACS is *NOT*
backwards-compatible with older monitors which don't have the TEXTI%
feature in it. The PANDAmonium 2020, which presently runs vanilla 4.1,
shows every sign of using the new TEXTI% in EMACS without it being in
the monitor.
Patching the TEXTI% to a JSYS 0 and letting the ERJMP hit worked around
the problem. Still, I suggest a better test be made so that EMACS is
backwards-compatible.
