I don't know whether this is the correct place to send such a message,
but in 
	TeX mode on TOPS-20 EMACS,
I would request the feature that M-A and M-E (move to beginning and
end of sentence, respectively) recognize left and right curly brackets
as sentence delimiters.  That might be conditional, depending whether
a period precedes the close bracket and two spaces or CR precede the
open bracket (tabs have no significance to TeX).

No doubt I can set such variables/features myself, in which case
someone might drop me a sarcastic note telling me where to look up the
information.
