We've built and tested a new version of EMACS here. It is a merge of
all the changes which have been made at Stanford over the last several
years with the OZ version of EMACS. What is the proper procedure for
installing the changes back on OZ? They are so extensive, that I no
longer know which files are changed so I would move the whole
directory over.
