IBM-PC editor

Carnegie-Mellon CC recently switched to the Epsilon text editor and has
found it very reliable. In my experience, it is the most accurate Emacs
type editor in that it almost completely mirrors the Emacs command set,
has similar macro and build-macro functions and even a primitive load-
library procedure. I don't know how widely distributed it is but I
think it's made by Lugaru software and is relatively inexpensive (~$50).
It is also quicker and more reliable than editors that utilise swap
files (Mince).
