This is grotesque. Tell me what Lisp wants and I'll put it into the
CORBLK system call (or else a new system call).
Hurrah! How about just making %CBCPY do the right thing?
(We all knew it was grotesque, but so was the option of using some pure
page and mapping it back in from the file.)
