_FASL_ and _UNFA_

Since MOON mentions the reapers in people's heads, for people names
like .FASL. OUTPUT and .UNFA. OUTPUT would be better than _FASL_ OUTPUT
and _UNFA_ OUTPUT as every now and then people list their directories
from the top, and they are perhaps more likely to flush these files
when they see them. In fact, I have long wished TECO used
.TECO. OUTPUT rather than _TECO_ OUTPUT for this reason. (Does anyone
out there still generate such files besides me?)
