Yes, there was some special reason why these are used instead on merely
.LISP. OUTPUT or .FASL. OUTPUT Mostly, JPG complained about the
problems with the automatic generation programs for the various macsyma
directories. Why cant the automatic reaping programs know about any
file whose .FNAM2 is among _FASL_ or _UNFA_ ? These kinds of file
can only occur if there is an abortion during compilation.
