MOON has asked me to make OPEN barf if there is an illegal keyword
in the list of keywords. The comments in the code (I also believe
that I have discussed this with GLS before) indicate that the reason
an illegal keyword does not hurt is that it might be "unimplemented in this
version of LISP". Well, furthur thought on the matter indicates to me that
if the option you request is not implemented in this version of LISP, there
is a good chance that YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW ABOUT IT! It seems to me that
having the error check will save more heartache then it will cause, and
I teherfore am going to install it.
