The long gtjfn just before jfn6bt is defaulting the device incorrectly.
i.e. (mergef '|<dekleer>readline.lsp| nil) fails while
(mergef '|dsk:<dekleer>readline.lsp| nil) succeeds. Solution
(patch) is to deposit 0 into lfgblk+2. Note that this is an incompatibility
between TENEX and TOPS-20.
Also note that although (open (mergef '|<dekleer>readline.lsp| nil)) works
(open (mergef '|<dekleer>readline.lsp;1| nil)) loses. Problem is that
OPEN seems to do incorrect things with file extension if it is non empty
i.e. || or *.
