BUG-LISP goes where?

Recently I mailed something to "LISP", and noticed that it went
to MC:LISP;LISP MAIL, a file which otherwise has been usused since
about August 1978.  Could we merge this with the various MC:BUG LISPn
files, and insert a mailer link for LISP the BUG-LISP?
  While we are on the subject of anachronisms, how about slowly flushing 
all the oldio conditional code from the source?  It is very cluttered
now , and there are several unified versions lying around with all the
oldio stuff in them, in case anyone whould ever want to know what
it was all about.  Possibly with all the losing oldio stuff gone,
a unified source might fit into an EMACS buffer!
