This feature definitely should be available to the TOPS-10/20 world.
For example, if one works a lot on a lisp subsystem, then dumps it,
then for some reason the base LISP.SHR is lost or replaced, then you
lose. So (SSTATUS FLUSH () ) would merely allow the TOPS-10/20
user to assure the dumping of his hiseg also.
