I recently discovered that dividing by 0 in Interlisp gave the same
result as dividing by 1. Is this a feature or a bug? Certainly
seems like an odd choice if its a feature.

Bill White (no relation) is with Teknowledge, Inc. I agree with
him that equating division by zero with division by one is an
odd choice for a feature. Quest? Would you also propose to
fix up (\ x y) dynamically, in addition to the compile-time
detectable (\ x 0) ?
