Saying SET FILE RESIST will patch the symptom, but not the cause. We really
don't want anything in that dir reaped ever. If we use SET FILE RESIST, we
have to always be remembering to set it on new files and when we miss, we'll
lose. Since it is the obvious intent of the system that these should not be
reaped and the obvious intent of the system programs that they should make
the system run smoothly, some system hacker should fix the dumper so that it
has a table of immune dirs...
