<LIBLSP> and <MACLISP> should probably not be mechanically reaped. There are
many files there which may not be touched for a long time but which are still
essential to have "on call". If these dirs seem excessively larged, someone
should complain to bug-lisp and they will be hand reaped. But someone should
put in software control so that we bug-lisp people don't have to send mail
saying to retrieve files every time a migration happens. Some directories just
have to be immune to that sort of thing.
Please bring back to disk
