Howdy!
Yes, they let me hack the <MACLISP> directory at CMU. In
fact, I am in charge of maintaining Maclisp on six TOPS-20 systems at
CMU. The problem was that I didn't realize that people built sharable
things with LISP.EXE, I thought that only sharable things were made
with BBLISP.EXE. I was corrected on this.
