20x maclisp trys to get its init file from the connected directory
rather than the users login directory. Is this what most people want?
EMACS and other programs carefully take their init files from
a users login directory and this seems philosophicly to be the right
thing to do. I would be willing to make this little change if the
powers than be deem it ok. Also, heres another plug to seperate
tops-10 and tops-20 file name conventions. lets start by changing
the tops-20 lisp.ini to lisp.init (ala emacs)!
