I got a suggestion, since the Lispmachine software is infinitely more
abstract and easy to change when it comes to things like filetypes in
Pathnames we change the lispm software to use "LSP" as the extension
for lisp program files. Seriously, who wants to hack things like LOAD in
MIDAS, and the MAKLAP function in COMPLR? Have you seen that function????
I've hacked it in the past, but I think its like radiation absorbtion,
you only get a limited quota per lifetime, and I want to save the
rest of my exposure allowance for something that really matters.
(Note: I may have used up a lot hacking Macsyma, but I think you develop
anti-bodies for that.)
