Doesn't seem to work when using SUPDUP to get to XX as opposed to
TELNET. Perhaps 20X is not setting the bit saying you can move
the cursor backward on a SUPDUP terminal (because there is no %TD
code for doing it -- you only have %TDMV0 and %TDFS)? If so,
which of LISP or 20X should be changed?
Oh, also, when I type ^L to LISP on a SUPDUP terminal, I get the
^L echoed (as the sail character) before it clears the screen.
Either the character should be uparrowed (I haven't asked for
sail character output), or it shouldn't be output at all.
