TYI and TYIPEEK on SFA's

I just found and fixed a bug in the SFA code which could account
for TYI and TYIPEEK acting strange (ocasionally) on SFA's --
basically, if the call to TYI or TYIPEEK had been compiled, then
it probably was set up as an NCALL (expecting a numerical result
in accumulator TT), but thte SFA code was only putting a result in
accumulator A. Anyone other than KMP and myself ever see this?
