According to .INFO.;LISP NEWS, the third element of an ERRFRAME is
supposed to be (message [ losing-item [ handler ]]). However, a
PDL overflow gives (+INTERNAL-PDL-BREAK (REGPDL)) ... Am I to assume
that +INTERNAL-PDL-BREAK is the message? That's pretty silly. Could
this be fixed? Thanks. -kmp
