Movement away from COMLAP

On the MC machine, the sources for GRIND (GFN >) and GRINDEF (GFILE >)
have been moved to the LSPSRC directory, from off the COMLAP directory.
Also, this applies to TRACE and LAP.  On the AI machine, the COMLAP
directory has already gone away, and eventually that will happen on ML.
Sources for the LISP-written parts will henceforward be primarily on
the MC machine on the LSPSRC; COMLAP; and NILCOM; directories.
