    purcopying an array sets the AS.FL bit in the asar rather than the TTS.CN
    bit in the ttsar.  I thought this had been fixed long ago.
I've just now edited the correction for this into the source, and patched
it in MC:LSPDMP;BBLISP 077QIO -- will be installed "soon" in the system
LISP.
