    SFA-UNCLAIMED-MESSAGE has the *WRONG* autoload property.
    It lives in EXTSFA, not CERROR. 
Ok, I fixed up the source for LISP -- but since there had been
no other references to EXTSFA, that atom didn't exist in earlier
lisps, so the only patch we can make is just to flush the
autoload prop.  Will try to re-assemble a new XLISP today.
