has autoload properties for *:EXTEND and EXTEND-LENGTH which point to
EXTBAS, but which are not defined after loading EXTBAS.
Fixed now. EXTBAS file was not properly "bootstrapping" all the funs --
failed to copy LSUBR properties from SI:foo to *:foo, and EXTEND-LENGTH
was missing.
