PURE-SUSPEND will mail note to LISP;LOCK MAIL

In order to spur you (GJC) to write some programs for hassling
the data-base LISP;LOCK >,  I've just hacked PURE-SUSPEND TO
mail `(,(status LISPV) ,.*SHARING-FILE-LIST*)  to the file
LISP;LOCK MAIL.  Note that  each such mailing will have the
lisp version (as a symbol) as first element, the sharable-dump file
name (as a namelist) as second element, and then any other
dependencies (as namelists) in the order in which they depend.
This is now effective in the current SHARABLE, which is built
over the current XLISP.
