Hah! In a bare XC, look at (PLIST 'CLASS-CLASS) for only one of many such
instances of lossage. CLASS-CLASS has a pure plist cell for the SPECIAL
property, pointing into the freelist! So do other mumble-CLASS symbols.
These appear to be the only symbols with pure plist cells pointing to
impure nonatomic sexp.
