COMPLR address space

I've just made an investigation of packages the were put on
the list of things to be pre-loaded into complr, and removed
a few that there only due to "obarray dyslexia". Current
XCOMPLR (version 1088) now has only 2K less space than
the COMPLR of 6 months ago, and this seems reasonable as
the amount by which the primitive facilities have grown.
Note that the two (STATUS MEMFREE)'s differ by 6K, but that
the more recent compiler has and additional 4K of reclaimed
LIST storage, so the net loss is only 2K.
