Pardon me if this is documented, but is LINEL of an SFA really supposed
to give the handler the SFA twice, once as the first and once as the third
argument?
Hmm. It seems that the LINEL message isn't documented at all. (EB, the SFA
documentation lives in .INFO.;LISP SFA). Anyway, this is definately a bug.
It should be giving () as the 3'rd argument when LINEL is called with 2
arguments.
