(CGOLPRIN1 '(QUOTIENT 1 2)) loses with the message
illegal argument -- CAADR -- (1 2), or some such.

I run MACLISP under TOPS-10 at Tufts.  I find that
cgolprint and cgolprin1 don't even exist in the current
ML version of MACLISP, so I can't verify the bug, but
it turns out quite irritating to my students.
