When a user-hunk is sent the print message and the original
stream was nil (the default) but there are outfiles, it just
gets passed outfiles, making the terminal feel lonely. It should
be passed NIL instead. Isn't there a bit which can be checked somewhere
for this before it is passed outfiles? This screws up dribble and
log files in XLMS and brand-x, and is not fixed in lisp 2032.
