with defmacro-for-compiling set to nil, the forget-macromemos of
the name being defmacroed still gets put into the fasl file.
Although these are independent switches, it would seem
generally superflous to have the macromemos cache serviced for
macros which likely wont be in the runtime environment. SO
I've edited into the source of DEFMAC the code to stop it --
will appear in version 130 or greater.
