Go for it! I have no CATCH/THROW in my code, and
the *CATCH=> CATCH transformation will take only
a couple minutes to cover the hundreds of pages of
code in macsyma and my own stuff, via tags-query-replace.
The way to win in a changing language is to keep the
changes of the meta-language manageable.
