I was about .9 serious about my propsoed LSUBR GET. However, that proposal
is in conflict with another for (GET sym propname [defaultval]), which
I also support. Maybe the LSUBR GET could be called GET* ? Or maybe
just not implemented? Oh well. LSUBR GET is easily coded as a macro;
the defaulted GET less so, and probably more useful.
