LISP people have not yet converted to the scheme of having LISP autoloads default
to the LIBLSP directory, or LSPSYS or whatever it will be.  As soon as they do,
the links on COMMON; could certainly be flushed.
In any case, the autoload property for INF-EDIT should be LIBLSP;.
