sounds like the atom should be "?" rathern than "QMARK", and that
it should not be on the obarray. This is primarly a hac for the
SUBR function, so that BAKTRACE (which implicitly uses SUBR) and
others can take a code-address and determine which subroutine it
is in. Of course, with multiple obarrays, this is merely a guess,
since it operates by grovelling over all the current obarray.
