Yes, files opened for read come out with restricted JFNs too.
Also, the claim that files open for write always have restricted
JFNs on Twenex seems to be false. At any rate I just got a
file that did not previously exist open for read/write access with
DDT, and it did not have a restricted JFN. Restricted JFNs com
from setting the restricted JFN bit, not from some other source
of magic.
