    Can GCST be made into an XTRASYM?  (If not i guess i just have
    to cheat and assume that it is (+ st (lsh 1 seglog))...)
    FWNACK would be nice also.
I just put these two in the source, but you may remember we/ve recently
had a new lisp installed, and may not reassemble for some months.
Until then, calculating GCST as 1 segment beyond ST is ok.
