Reappearance of ?

Oddly enough, this isn't a "reappearance", but a newly-found
fence-post bug in string-pnput:
    Date: 22 April 1981 13:32-EST
    From: Richard Mark Soley <SOLEY at MIT-MC>
    Subject: Reappearance of 
	    The zeroed words bug has returned.  Try loading
    a Nile:  .  .  .
    and look at the fun in STR:GCMARRAY.
Fixed in STRING 155, and new NILAID dumped out.

In fact, the particular manifestation you saw should have been
"Reappearance of " rather than
"Reappearance of ";  at least that is what I saw and fixed.
