Where is SHARPM

    Why are there 2 different SHARPMs - one on LIBLSP, one on LISP?
    Is this for real or is one just outdated?
    The one on LIBLSP is older.
The one on LIBLSP is no longer for real - I suppose it should be 
a link to the one on LISP, as is the case on MC.  But the source,
which may be slightly-out-of-date on ML and AI should live on LIBDOC
(master source is on NILCOM at MC).
