I've added *INCLUDE, a SUBR version of INCLUDE, for the next version of
LISP. The name is due to CWH. If you don't like it, there's still time
to hassle it out.
What do you think about making the sharpsign macro autoloadable? Not assigned
to a key, merely giving the function an autoload property.
