(FASLOAD DEFVST FASL DSK MACLISP) on TOPS-20 systems should
win, regardless of DEFAULTF. But indeed, I'm making a change to
FASLOAD (and there is a bug in LOAD) to be sure that it looks for
the FASL file first. The "*" in the version-number field of
DEFAULTF is correct - LOAD and FASLOAD try to convert it to 0.
