Increas in fasl file size for FOR

It turns out that DEFMACRO usages cause the outputting of
some random form into the fasl file, which tries to insure
the that DEFMAX file is loaded into the object environment; This
is no longer necessary, as of LISPs installed after May of this
year, but for a while, I've been letting this thing continue so
that old dumps wouldn't be faced with unnecessary error msgs
"|forget-macromemos/|| Undefined Function ..."
With the next DEFMACRO release, which should occur this week,
those extra forms will not be present. As it happens, this is
also the explanation for GSB's complaint about LET doing some
loadings. You will probably want to think about FOR again
in a few weeks or so.
