The TTY interrupt routine should look at the file array, and if isn't a
TTY file array, (i.e. opened with the TTY option) it shouldn't assume that
what's in the buffer is a table of interrupt routines! It shouldn't be
necessary to specify the TTY option if all you're doing is treating
a foreign TTY as a file!
