I've just started assembling MC:LISP;RELD20 835 (version 1835)
which will try to do an ordinarry error out to top level
(being caught by *RSET if that is on) for memory errors. I
agree that that would be preferable to merely a bomb out to
the exec with no hint of where the offending instruction was.
Also, as indicated in earlier note, there is an attempt to
make the DIRST get the right information into the (STATUS UDIR)
slot.
