Typing :OQ at DDT gives the message:
6 @(;^: KMP; ;RH P 0"H U - LINK TO NON-EXISTENT FILE
It strikes me that this is a non-optimal diagnostic. SYS;TS OQ is linked
to SYS2;TS ONEWIO (which doesn't exist).
Due to use of a "0" instead of a "o" in a name. Fixed in the source, will
install.
