The advantage of my form of displace is that it is easy for things like GRIND
and anything else that looks at code to understand what a displaced thing is.
For this advantage to become real, all displacing macros must use that
form of displace.  So each user must define it himself.

The whole point of putting DISPLACE in the system is to give everyone
the thing which everyone wants to use in macro definitions.
That thing, I claim, is my DISPLACE.  Putting in any other sort
of DISPLACE function is tantamount to not putting in any, but creating
some random system function instead.  Create the random one if you like,
but please make DISPLACE be what everyone will like in his macros.
