Hiseg follies

The hiseg name gets changed to a random name via SETNM2 *before* the
origional hiseg gets removed from the jobs adr space. This should prevent
any timeing screws (as long as the name is valid, the hiseg will be valid;
when the name becomes invalid, then the hiseg will still be valid, but,
who cares??)
Is this adequate? If so, I will build a new LISP version for you and you can
have one with NIL that prints as ()!!
